3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and don't include GST. GST is applied at checkout.

• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via the payment methods provided on the website. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.
   

4. Orders & Order Acceptance
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order

• Limit quantities purchased

• Cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock availability

• If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly; however, delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers

• Once your order has been dispatched, risk transfers to you.

• Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

• The product arrives damaged

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the issue

• All refunds are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
